Betfair Casino - Immediate account closure after I won 34,000 EUR

I saw the new exclusive Betfair bonus at Askgamblers (200% up to 350) but Betfair told me it is a new bonus and that they are not able to credit the bonus yet. I managed to receive the high roller bonus, played slots and at the minute I won 34K they closed the account and asked for documents.

I sent digital photos of my ID and Passport but they insist to keep my account closed for investigation.

This casino close an account right after you win big and it looks like they are looking for excuses not to pay and I can see online it is not the first time they do such things.

Betfair reopen the account, there are still some tech issues but I guess everything is ok and I will sort it with support
