Hello, I have been trying to withdraw £115.25 from Betboro for almost a month. I deposited using my Visa debit card but whatever method I try to use to withdraw my attempts are being rejected for always the same reason, which is that I need to use the same method which I used for depositing. However I tried almost all obvious methods and it still does not work. I wrote to customer support and asked them to write me step by step how to withdraw guide, but they did not, the only answer I got was the usual one. I read that many people had similar problem so I would like to know what to do now, how to resolve this issue. Thanks and Regards

After checking your account in more details, we would like to inform you that you have requested a withdrawal to a different card that you used to deposit. This is against our T&C's.
The second time you inserted wrong card details thus we were not able to process your withdrawal.
So, please request a withdrawal from your account, using the same card that you used to deposit and please double check that you inserted the correct card number.

Thank you for your response. I only have one card and I checked all details at least 5 times and it was correct. I noticed that you give this response to many other people who complain, it's interesting that I can fill out my card details everywhere else expect at Betboro?! Today I have submitted my withdrawal request again, checked details several times. I used the same card, which I used to deposit as I do not have another card. If you check the history of your account you will notice that the only time that you attempt to request a withdrawal with the card that you deposited was on 16.02.2019.
At that time, you inserted wrong card details that's why we were not able to process it. We did not say that you inserted a details of another card but human mistake could happen and mistype a digit. In simple words, if the card number was inserted wrong the withdrawal would never been processed.
All the other times, including your last withdrawal on the 9th of March are requested via bank transfer and you have inserted the Name of your bank, the IBAN of your bank account and the Swift code of your bank.
As we have already informed you, this is not possible as you need to request a withdrawal back to your card that you used to deposit.
That being said, the delay caused in your withdrawal is because you do not follow the instructions that we have told you.
As soon as you will request a withdrawal back to the same card you used to deposit, our financial team will process it on high priority due to the delay that it happened with your withdrawal.

Hi,my withdrawal was rejected again. I tried to use the wirecard method again as suggested. The card number I used to fill in from auto fill just as I used for depositing so it can't be wrong. Can you tell me what was the reason this time? This is truly upsetting. I use my card on the internet regularly and never had problem!!!
