Dear Sir,
I am unable to withdraw money from my account.
My withdrawal requests via VISA were rejected "due to technical problem" twice and I was suggested to by support to order wire transfer withdrawal instead. I am absolutely happy to do so but bank withdrawal option was removed from my interface (see screenshot attached) and I cannot order it. Support suggested to clear cookies, it does not help.
I am left with no option to withdraw money and support does not respond to emails.
Please help me withdraw funds.
