I am being completely road blocked by Betboro and they are refusing to verify or pay my balance.
Long story short, betboro put my account under review without reason given. I submitted all my documents. Initially they said the "investigation" period would take 7 days. I never heard back. When I inquired they now said the "investigation" is taking 30 days. Again I never heard back and not a single reason was given during this time. I have played at many sportsbooks and casions and can assure you I am astute in reading terms of service and realizing when I am getting the run around/scammed from a company.

My account is now locked, Betboro do not reply to my emails, there last reply I had was over 3 months ago. There still has not been a single reason given. I have sent numerous email which fail to receive a reply.

From reading forums all over the net it's clear betboro has gone rouge and is scamming numerous players without any reason or proof. You can literally type in "betboro payout complaints" and read many complaints across many different websites all with a similar theme. "account gets put under investigation for set amount of days without reason" "time limit expires and still no reason given" "betboro stop replying to any communication".

I have attached a bunch of screenshot from my email conversations with betboro.

24.05.19 - Send verification documents
27.05.19 - Follow up with betboro as have not heard back re verification
28.05 - Betboro ask for selfie holding I.D which I send
31.05 - I request withdrawals and betboro reject withdrawals without reason, I send email asking why.
1.06 - Betboro sends email saying account is under investgation, quotes 7-12 days max.
4.06 - Betboro sends update to my registered email calling me by a random name and saying my account is now under review for 30 more days to "check further for internal faults" whatever that means.
7.07 - Have not heard anything so I send email to check on my account status. My account has been able to log in for over a month now.
22.07 - I send another follow up email as I still have not had a reply
7.08 - I send another follow up email as I still have not had a reply

Todays date 23.09. 14 weeks since I have heard from betboro. They have stolen my funds and are just choosing to ignore any communication I try to have with them. Still no reason given.

Thank you. Pretty sure my balance is 5000 Euro but it's been a long time since I have been able to log in so can't remember exactly.

Some interesting developments. Betboro have obviously read this thread as I received an email today for the first time in 14 weeks. I have attached it below.

It's laughable and ridiculous. They state "We have detected that you have tried to manipulate our system and you have violated through your actions our terms and conditions:" I have never manipulated anything, I wouldnt even know how to if I tried. What exactly have I manipulated Betboro? We know you are reading here so please post your reasoning and proof. Not surprised at all as I have seen in other threads all over the net this is one of there generic "we are stealing your money and making up this story" excuse.

They then state, "Based on your withdrawals in the past you are entitled to withdraw 900brl." Based on what withdrawals? Do you have me mistaken as someone else again? I have never made a withdrawal, and why are you quoting my account balance in brl instead of eur? No idea what's going on there.

I then log into my account (finally, thanks betboro) and there is money missing from my balance. Please see the attached screenshot. Again no reason given, they have called it "correction down"? Correction for what? It's nothing but theft. You are lying thieves Betboro, if not please explain your lies and return the money you have stolen.

Betboro where are you? We know you are reading here. Do you have nothing to say now? You comment on other threads, why not here? Ohhh because you like to steal money and hope customers don't say anything and if they do you just choose to ignore. I get it.

Unfortunately I now have to change your name from Betboro (borrowing intends you will pay money back) To Betsteal. Betsteal suits you much better given the evidence I have provided here.

Dear Betsteal,

What difference does it maken for you stealing money from me whether it was sportsbook or casino? Is it OK for you to steal from sportsbook customers and not casino?

You have provided me no information to me via email. Why do you lie? I posted your email response here, read it for yourself, it provides not a single piece of information as to why you are stealing my money. If you think different please highlight the part where it does.

FYI I played both sportsbook and casino, no idea why that matters though

Also still waiting for reasoning why you stole 500 Euro from my balance stating "deduction down"? Can you please explain that here so all your other customers know that you like to steal random lots of money without any explanation and then when queried about it, simply ignore it.

Hello Betsteal,

We are still waiting on your reply. Thanks AskGamblers for requesting proof -albeit none will be provided I appreciate it.

I have some more lies from Betsteal - I email I received from them above stated I was able to make a withdrawal. I have had a withdrawal pending now for 1 week as seen in screenshot. Why even mention you will action a withdrawal Betboro when you clearly will never accept it. Is it normal for withdrawals to be pending for 1 week? Where is my money!

Please keep this thread open AskGamblers, I know Betsteal just hope this goes away and they can steal from yet another cusotmer.

Unfortunately, considering that both parties involved in this dispute did not reach to a mutual agreement and that casino already confirmed that formal complaint has been officially submitted in front of the relevant regulatory body, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other option but to close this complaint as Unresolved.
