Greek ID verification problem

In my poor English I will try to explain my experience in betamo casino to you.
I try to withdraw 600€ from betamo casino and rejected it constantly.
All day yesterday i send all my papers to Betamo casino that I prove who I am and keep rejecting asking for a paper to have an expiration date.
My Greek ID published last year, contains Latin characters and is relatively newand. Τhey do not accept it because it does not have an expiration date.
I am sorry but our government's ID in Greece is like that, from the moment you accepting people playing from Greece I though they already have seen ID's like mine and 10 million people leaving in Greece have the same ID.
I have no passport because I never needed one to travel though Europe, I sent even my driving license that expires on 05-04-2044 and still asking a paper that have an expiration datetelling me it doesn't contain Latin characters!
I didn't also had any other problems identify myself with my ID in skrill, Ν26 (Germany Bank) and other online casinos (sloty vegas,Cbet e.t.c.).
I cannot afford to make a passport for no reason at all, spent 100 euros, probably I will never need it in my life because as a European citizen I have no problem traveling through Europe.
Yesterday i talked to them in the chat 4-5 times and they didn't give me a solution.
I also attach some screenshots from my account.
I do not have any other papers so there is nothing else I can do, can you find me a solution please?

Casino deleted my reward after requesting several documents for withdrawal

Hello

I have won a considerable amount by gambling on the Betamo website, betamo6.com. USD23530.10 to be exact.

When trying to withdraw the sum, I was left with two payment methods to choose from. Paysafecard and MiFinity. I chose the latter as the limit of withdrawal per day was higher compared to Paysafe. I have created an account and got verified and all. My first attempt got denied after an hour or two. Wondering why that is, I came to realize I haven't finished the verification process on the Betamo website. So I uploaded all the necessary documents and tried again. My withdrawal request got denied again. Being confused as to what is missing, I contacted the live chat agents to help me sort out the verification process. Here it started to get fishy. I was asked to upload documents and screenshots that were not asked on the verification page's requirements list. I was asked for different documents etc. And always piece by piece, they'd never tell me the exact list of what they are missing so I could sort it out in one go, instead this led to a ping pong game where I uploaded the requested document by the chat agents and my withdrawal request got denied over and over again. After uploading 7 documents and all 7 being verified, I made another attempt to withdraw only to realize the next day that my reward was gone and the withdrawal request was denied. This is really unfair as I have been using their platform for somewhat 3 years already and they were happy to take my money and my losses all this time, but when I win and want to cash out they make all this fuss with verification, and then, in the end, tell me "sorry, your tournament bonus was granted multiple times to you due to a glitch or something, so we're taking away all of your rewards". I have requested a log file from Betamo to see all transactions as well as chat logs which they have provided thankfully. I can also provide a screenshot of my winnings.

It just seems so strange that they ask for all these documents and information from me and deny my withdrawal requests multiple times only to remove my reward completely in the end. So what have they checked before that? Did they run out of excuses and saw that I wouldn't give up? Or was it maybe a human error and this is all just a misunderstanding from them?

I wish to resolve this matter in a civilized manner without taking legal actions against the provider and hopefully come to an understanding.

Let me open account and play even do i was self excluded from casinos in the same license

I Will try to describe as good as posible but english is not my first languge.
I did a self exclusion on spinia casino 29/9-2019 with the time limit forever, spinia under the license N1 interactive Ltd. After that i played at betamo casino did a self exclusion there, and after that played at avalon78 casino did a selfexclution there forever and finally i played at live casino. All casinos under the same license N1 interactive Ltd. But i dident know that at the time. I used the same information on all casinos offcourse. And i was fully verified at all casinos with passport and adress. When you do a self exclusion on there casinos you click a box on how long you want your self exclusion to be and then you get a confirmation email, thats it. On there site it clearly say doing a self exclusion let us know that we need to take all measures. They dident do that. In fact i had played and self excluded from so many of there casinos that they had To noticed that! Isent that a big warning. I feel like they dident take all measures needed To protect the player. I Would like my deposits back from betamo casino. I did even self exclude from others under the same license before spinia but leave that out for now becuase i don't have the confirmation emails left. I Think this should be taken serious so please help. You can se the dates when i selfexcluded myself on the emails i attached.

Greek ID verification problem

I really don't know what is this expiration date on a valid ID from a government, it expires when we die and thank God I am still alive 🙂

I didn't also had any other problems identify myself in paypal, skrill, other online casinos and this is really sad because I really liked betamo's interface web site and they have a provider that I was asking for and really really enjoyed my time there!

I really really want to help them and help me also ofc, they can ask me also if they have further problems with other Greek players in the future to

I wanted to make a new deposit to continue playing my favorite providers but know with all this problems I will think it twice ....

The paper I provided them is : My government's ID, my driving license, my address, N1 casino since they are a subsidiary company (I had no problems there identify myself), my Skrill account, my online bank screenshot account, a picture with my face holding my ID back and forth.

The fun part is they keep sending me the same e-mails to provide my passport that I already sent them an explanation e-mail for that and an another e-mail asking me for a picture holding my ID that I already did :)

I do not have any other papers so there is nothing else I can do, can you find me a solution please?

Not offering me a possible withdrawal option
Dear Ask Gambler,

I have an account at Betamo casino with a balance that I am trying to withdraw. I deposited using my credit card, and when trying to withdraw back to the card. I got an email telling me that they don't pay back to card and I should try idebit, instadebit or Ecopayz instead. I made a deposit using Idebit and my account now had 2 separate balances: 1 for 20 CAD and 1 for 704 EUR.
I proceeded to the withdrawal section only to find out that I still was unable to withdraw the 704 EUR balance and that Idebit was only available for my CAD balance.
I contacted them again telling them the issue and they instructed me to use bank transfer. I went back on the withdrawal section and the option once again was not available there neither.
I contacted them again sending them all of my banking information asking them to pay the money to my account and they responded that I should try and use Ecopayz to receive my money.
I then told them I had closed my Ecopayz account years ago, and asked them for ANY alternative to sort out this issue. They simply responded that at the moment , Ecopayz was the only option to receive my money.

I am baffled by this series of event. How is it possible that they can accept my deposits when I use my credit card but yet they do not offer any alternative to withdrawal other than Ecopayz when I clearly tell them my account has been closed.
I suggested to them to convert my EUR balance into CAD which I don't see how it would be an issue, then I can easily withdraw it to my Idebit account, but they still refused this. I provided them with my banking details for a wire transfer and they ignored that also.

Please Ask Gamblers, I ask that you get in contact with the casino and ask them to offer me ANY alternative to withdraw my money
