In my poor English I will try to explain my experience in betamo casino to you.
I try to withdraw 600€ from betamo casino and rejected it constantly.
All day yesterday i send all my papers to Betamo casino that I prove who I am and keep rejecting asking for a paper to have an expiration date.
My Greek ID published last year, contains Latin characters and is relatively newand. Τhey do not accept it because it does not have an expiration date.
I am sorry but our government's ID in Greece is like that, from the moment you accepting people playing from Greece I though they already have seen ID's like mine and 10 million people leaving in Greece have the same ID.
I have no passport because I never needed one to travel though Europe, I sent even my driving license that expires on 05-04-2044 and still asking a paper that have an expiration datetelling me it doesn't contain Latin characters!
I didn't also had any other problems identify myself with my ID in skrill, Ν26 (Germany Bank) and other online casinos (sloty vegas,Cbet e.t.c.).
I cannot afford to make a passport for no reason at all, spent 100 euros, probably I will never need it in my life because as a European citizen I have no problem traveling through Europe.
Yesterday i talked to them in the chat 4-5 times and they didn't give me a solution.
I also attach some screenshots from my account.
I do not have any other papers so there is nothing else I can do, can you find me a solution please?
