Thank you for posting and trying to help me to find a solution! After my wager's done, I requested 300 Euros. Well now as you can
understand after all this days waiting for an answer my balance dropped a little while playing but that was my decision of course.
Even like that, I still have an amount to request a withdrawal. Lets hope we find a solution.

Both Front and Back of ID card must be received
Document must be in date and not expired
Document must be showing expiry date
Document must show your unaltered photo
Document must show your date of birth
Water marks on documents must be visible

As you can see, the document must have the expiry date.

I totally can understand your following your rules, from the moment that my government in Greece in our civilian ID card does not have an expiration date, there is nothing else to do really. I provide my driver license that it have this expiration date and you still rejecting it for a reason. It expires on 26/10/2045. Why you do not accept it then? What do you want me to do make a passport that I will probably never going to need it just to have an expiration date?

Seems like the other casinos they do not follow KYC verification procedure and totally they accepted me with my Greek ID.

Thank you for your cooperation but probably I will not find any solution here because I keep telling them that the Greek ID's have no expiration date and they keep accepting people from Greece. They do not provide any other solution also. I have been in London with my ID, I open an bank account there without a problem, I have been in Belgium also stayed for 2 years and my papers had also no problem. Is not about the money that probably I will never take them back, is about my rights to be an European citizen with my Greek ID. Also N1 casino accepted me, slotwolf also, seems like they have other rules there...

I provide all my papers that I send them to get approved or not 3 days now, they dont get in trouble to test them. They asked me to take a picture with my face holding my ID still pending, they reject my driving license and when I resend it with the explanation that it have an expiration date, they didnt check it yet.

You will become one of my favorite online casinos, because as I already said, I like your interface and your bonus privileges

I appreciate that you helped me, I can fully understand you following your rules and you doing well because of the many frauds, but believe me there is nothing else I can do with my governments ID's and this is happens first time for me from someone asking a paper with an expiration date.

I tried to cash out and still got rejected by the way.
