Hello

Following a verification request by bankonbet1.com I could not download my documents. The system categorically refused my bank card while my identity document was accepted. I am attaching these documents to assert my rights and that they reactivate my account because I have the sum of three €13,000 blocked by them. The casino gives me no answer.

I would like to know how to assert my rights here is proof attesting to my complete identity. You are my only and last resort they are completely blocking my account and blocking my money. Unfortunately, I find myself in a very unfavorable situation about which I can do nothing except contact you.

I paid with three different bank cards that I have, the system asked me for a photo of the bank card that I no longer have now. I would have sent it but the system still refuses.
