I made 2 requests for withdrawal, one is dated 27/01/2025 with a value of 100 euros and the other request is dated 29/01/2025 with a value of 400 euros by bank transfer, they need 1-3 days for the request to be completed. I'm really worried, I've been waiting for 7 full days, I've talked to live support, they tell me the same things, your request is pending from the financial department, please, I really want this to be fixed as soon as possible, I'm waiting for a response from you
