Make a withdrawal of 120 euros on December 26. On its website it says that the withdrawal terms are 1 to 3 business days counting from the day following the request. Those days go by and they don't tell me anything, in the chat and in email they only send me predefined messages, being the same all the time as I have in the transcripts. They don't give me a solution, no reasons or anything, we'll just pay you and they close the chat. I don't understand anything or how it can take a casino to pay. I deposited without bonuses or anything and I only want what is mine. Can you help me?
