I made 2 deposits with my credit card. However, for some unknown reason, I cannot withdraw with the credit card. I keep getting this error:
Unable to withdraw funds on request №148680989 in the amount of 900.00 A$, (5163....36). (Denied by operator. (Code: -6121))
Therefore, 22Bet told me to use I need to use anotherpayment system. However, when I use another payment system (Ecopays) it says I can't withdraw because that was not the deposit method.
Their online chat has been completely hopeless, as has their support, who keep telling me to do the same thing. How can i withdraw if the credit card gets an error message and I cant use another payment system?
I would like to just give them my bank details for them to transfer my money (now over $1100). But they cant comprehend that.
PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY.

After telling me over 100 times to try a new payment system or that it's my bank blocking the trades, i gave up and just decided to gamble away the $1100.
And what do you know? All of a sudden, today i get an email from them telling me to make a withdrawal into one of my cards and it should work now.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS. SIMPLE.
