Hi there,
I have requested endless times a withdrawal of 400€ in 22 bet casino and after few minutes the status changed to approved (I also got this confirmed by one of their consultants) however after few more minutes the status changes to rejected. I did contact their consultants via chat many times and they keep saying that it is not possible at the moment to process withdrawals using the method Visa, but in the other hand Visa is working fine to make deposits. Honestly I think that they simply dont want to pay, what is annoying and unfair.
What can I do? I am very upset and their customer relations staff are not very helpful. Can anybody tell what are the next steps I have to follow?

Dear Gabino, we suggest you to try another payment method,
and to check the withdrawals method before depositing, because
sometimes the same payment method in this o that country
can not be use for deposit and for withdrawals!
