Hello,
first of all, I would like to say, that I am a losing player. I spent tens of thousands euros at this site and I know, I will never win it back.
Still, sometimes I win some money and that is what happened now.
And for the past days, or maybe a week, I am simply unable to withdraw money. It is around €4.000.
I am communicating kindly with support, but they are not helping me much. Constantly saying, that Skrill withdrawal is unavailable and they tell me to use SEPA. However, SEPA is limited only to €200 and when I tried it, it was rejected as well. Error message: Denied by operator. (Payment processing error)
Skrill is the only way I deposited money. Why I am not able to withdraw it through this way, how I was able to do some months ago? It was always quick.
I am a loyal customer, who wagered millions, therefore I would expect the same from 22bet side.
I can imagine, that if I would be a winning player, they will not like my withdrawals. But why I am still being rejected, I dont know.
Please, let me know, how should I proceed, as both Skrill and SEPA withdrawals are still denied (see attached)
