Hi there,
I have requested many times a withdrawal of $6265 in 22 bet casino. I got withdrawal reject since four days ago, the reject reason is withdrawal blocked. I had deposit and withdrawal successfully before. They blocked my account suddenly without any notice. I emailed their security team, they ask me send the first page of my passport and complete all the mandatory fields of my registration form which I did it right away. They reply me back that my data is under verification now, wait for the answer. It’s been over three days. My account still got blocked by them without any explanation. What is annoying and unfair.
I was wondering does anyone had same problem previously? What can I do? I am very upset and their customer relations staff are not very helpful. Can anybody tell what are the next steps I have to follow?
