I have mayor problems regarding a withdrawal from 22 bet.

I was made a request for a withdrawal
06.09.2018 20:00 they approved my withdrawal (confirmed by operator)
and I got a email that my withdrawal was ok.
But I didnt got any money
I have contact the live support and they
say they have send this to specialist
but nothing happens :-(
