Withdrawal denied by operator, no further help
Hi! This is my story:
I deposited a total of about 1000USD on 27th of april through "Visa By PurplePay" with my Visa card. I managed to reach above 4500USD the same day. I decided that I wanted to withdraw the money, but were emediately asked for documentation. They froze my account, and was not able to do anything except logging in. Therefore, I emailed [email protected] pictures of my passport, and were told to wait for an answer. On monday 29th of April, I got a confirmation that my account and my identity were verified, and that I should be able to withdraw my money. At that time I tried to withdraw 4000USD. I tried over and over to withdraw the money through Visa (since PurplePay is not available as a withdrawal method), but everything got rejected saying "Denied by operator error: 6121". During the next day, on the 30th of april I managed to lose half of my balance, and was down to a total of 2100USD.
Since then, I have probably sent 30 emails, and I'm getting mostly the same answers over and over:
"The rejection is not from our side. You should apply to your bank provider to specify the reason
for rejection."
"Try using SEPA bank transfer."
"Try one more time."
- I contacted my bank yesterday on 30th of april, and they told me they hadn't recieved any transactions from 22bet or any information regarding this matter.
- I've tried SEPA bank transfer probably 50 times, and all of the requests have been rejected with various error messages.
I feel like 22bet is trying to delay the whole prosess for so long that I gamble away the rest of my money.
