I made two withdraws and both were sat AS accepted and completed, but ive never seen the Money on my mastercard. Ive been spamming there so called 24/7 contact help, but no answers, e-mailed Them 20 times still no answers. They are NOT helping Their costumers and its the worst costumer service ive experienced, its approx 500 euro, i have screenshots of both withdraws sat AS completed and of my transaction history!!
