Hello,
Please help me as I am tired of their customer support and constant rejection of my questions.I made a payment in the amount of 5000HRK (aprrox 670 €) on 07.09.2020 and it is still in pending status and waiting for confirmation from the operator.After a series of emails from 22bet casino customer service I constantly get short answers like please be patient and wait. Today, after 7 days, I wrote to them again on the chat and again received the answer please kindly wait, and there is no answer to the inquiry via email.
I also contacted my Visa operator and they instructed me to give them more information regarding the transaction by 22bet, but the 22bet service did not give me any information from the transaction that although it was approved by them as they say, I will stick part of the convention you in the screenshot. As the payment time on the card at the mentioned casino is 2-5 working days, I think I have the right to file a complaint on this request.Please consider this as soon as possible because their helpdesk is terribly slow and doesn’t know how to give more information in communication or just don’t want to.

Thank you for publishing my complaint. In the meantime the funds are rejected by the operator and back to my balance. So I made a withdrawal in smaller amounts to my Skrill account.
So please close this complaint and make it as resolved.
