1. I made 3 deposits with my Mastercard and won a smaller sum (5000 Swe kr). I requested a withdrawal which was approved within minutes . That was 2 weeks. Money still not in my account. They have sent emails saying the money was on the way and now, today, they are asking for verification. See all the emails you have been copied on
2. The second complaint is much more serious. After making the withdrawal above, I deposited again with my VISA card. I won a substantial sum (now at 65000 SWE) and requested a withdrawal to my VISA card. I got a message that there was a serious error and the withdrawal did not go through. I then submitted a withdrawal request to my Mastercard (from which I had previously made deposits – see above) but this was denied, with the message that I had to withdraw to the same card as the deposits were made. I also tried Direct Internet banking withdrawal with the same message – see file 2. I contacted online support – I waited 45 mins for a response to my question and was then told to make a new deposit with another method and “try” to withdraw again (see file 4) I found this unreasonable as I have made deposits with 2 different methods.I have been corresponding with them daily for 2 weeks and you have been copied on all the mails I have received an email from 22BET confirming that my account is verified and that I should now “be able to make fast withdrawals” from my account. I want my money and would like your help in getting this. I see from your website that I am not the only one with this problem.
