I have been using 22 bet for many months now. Suddenly my withdrawal is being rejected. I have given all the documents they asked for and now I am being ignored and there is no response from them.
- First I was asked for passport and I provided it.
- They asked for national id and I provided it.
- They asked for screenshots of payment systems Neteller and Astropay and I provided all of them
- They asked for selfie with my face , my id and email communication with their team in the same photo. After many attempts of it , they are not satisfied with the quality. So I went to a photo studio and got the picture clicked from a camera and uploaded it. Now they are saying this is not original photo and they need photo with metadata. At this point, I am not sure how I can proceed anymore.
PS : The money I am trying to withdraw does not use any kind of bonus
