I have made 3 withdrawels of 20600 SEK, 20500, and 19000.

but according to the support it dont means that the procedure is finished.

9 month later you try excuse you with the explanation that it was ”human facts” that had give the wrong answer that my winnings was already payed out.
You have consumed every bit of trust for 5 years ago. I dont trust any of your explanations. You were always rude, and this can never be solved from my side untill you take responsible for your behavior and payout to me what you said you had done 9/8 2018.
We have once again checked the information on this situation. The last withdrawal the player made on 2/09/2018, it was successful. Deposits were until 9/09/2018 and movements of funds until 23/08/2018. At the moment almost all of the player's funds have been lost.
This casino has not changed, I can see that on recent complains everywhere. They did not payout my winnings even after Askgambler was trying to help me. They where lying about it and they stop answer to Askgambler when they were proven wrong. They put me in a difficult situation 5 years ago. If this can help anyone to choose annother seriously casino so please dont help them clear their name.
