Hello, on 14.08.2018 i made a request to withdraw funds in amount of 700 lei ( 150 eur). On 22.08.2018 i ve received a notification that the transfer has been completed. On 29.08.2018 i asked them via e mail when i will have my money in my card account. They told me that the transaction was approved and it may take up to 7 working dayz for the transfer to be completed .... Now we are on 3 september, it s been 9 working days since the transaction was approved and i didn t get the money in my card account.
What i am supposed to do to receive the money?
Will i ever get the money?

Also i tried again with the new balance of 2120 lei, and i have received the same message error “withdrawals are only possible using the same details that were used to make a deposit. If you deposit money via different payment methods you should withdraw money in propotion to the amount you have deposited via each payment method.”
