I been with this site for almost a year now, in the beginning I had some issues but we went thru it, last 3 months they stopped using muchbetter as option to deposit money and withdraw money, and just yesterday they put it back... so I started using the site again, they have all my information so its not like my account is not fully verified. I deposited 525 made some profit, withdrew 600, and now I am trying to withdraw some more, and I keep getting the message approved then rejected, and the reason says "Denied by operator" I went to talk to the chat operator and they kept posting and pasting stuff its like none of them speak English... its a great site and with lots of potential... but they need to fix there payment situations and hire people that can interact with customers... anyway back to my issue I even requested a call back and the lady didn't help me resolve my issue at all.. I have over 1400 in the account and I am unable to withdraw it, please someone help... what should I do?

Also I have a been a loyal customer for a while now, and they have the worst system in giving back to their players...win or lose...I have never received a bonus or anything for playing on the site...I dont even bother talking to the operators ..because they dont speak english and just copy and past stuff

Hey it has been resolved....but they still need better operating employees...the ones they have now...just copy and paste stuff...it can confuse new customers...literally I try to have a normal conversation, they keep copying and pasting like robots...which in return will make customers question the honesty of the casino
