Nightmare verification process, bogus account closure procedure
After depositing almost 8000 NOK with this casino, using Skrill and Paysafe cards, I then attempted to Withdraw 6000 of my balance, which is now almost 15000 NOK, that's when the troubles started. My withdrawal was declined, and I was adviced to use a different means of withdrawal(Skrill).
After identifying myself upon registering with my drivers license, I was now getting unsigned emails from their [email protected] asking for all kinds of documents, which I subsequently provided, in this order:
screenshots of Skrill acc., the tabs: ''Settings'', ''Personal info'', ''Account limits'' and ''Cards and Bank Accounts''
the screen shot from your Skrill e-wallet showing the deposits made to Your account.
your national ID card (both sides, please)
screenshots of your bank statement where we can see transactions connected with our company made through PaySafeCard.
We ask you to provide us with the new photo where you hold your document in your hand near your face on the background of the mailing with security department.
You should make a selfie, holding your ID card near Your face. Also next to You should be the computer where we can see Your inbox messages from security department
You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality. All the data should be visible and readable.
The last one here, I have provided at least 10 different versions of, but I just keep getting request for better quality, However when I go to their online chat, they refuse any questions and will not even confirm that these continual requests are being sent by a person and not a bot. I asked them to sign their emails, and also asked them to move ahead and hold a video conferance according to their own user agreement, but all I get now when I take new pictures of Me/ID/Email is the same email over and over again, unsigned:
"You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality. All the data should be visible and readable."
A second part of the story is, after going through the process of sending them Skrill accounts etc, I realized that I spend more money gambling than is healthy. So I then requested that 22Bet blocked my account from gambling, but all through this saga I have been allowed to deposit money, and gamble, but at slashed odds, so I guess the issue isn't really my identity.
I have to suspect that this is a scheme to prevent customers getting their money, as they show no intention of actually helping, or even give me the opportunity of a video conference according to the user agreement.
It looks like this will be a very glum christmas.
