I made withdrawals of 2000 PHP and 1000 PHP, both confirmed successful, but the funds didn't reflect in my e-wallet account. Despite filing a complaint and providing my statement of account, there's been no response for four days, despite my requests for updates. On April 24th, I withdrew 10000 PHP, encountering the same issue. Despite following the same process, there's still been no reply. This experience has left me disheartened and discouraged from continuing to play.

I can also see that there is another complaint next to mine which is also having the same concern. If it's not Gcash's problem it might be your agent affiliate @22BETCASINO. Please resolve this as fast as you can its been 17 days already.

In essence, what I understand from @22bet is that I must continue to wait. However, considering it has already been 13 days, my immediate request is to provide me with the transaction or reference number from GCash. This will enable me to raise a ticket directly with GCash.
