I thought lets go to live chat. But the live chat in this casono is a disaster so i decided to write an email

A Day later thats today i asked again and got the same answer from james sorry for youre loss but we are not liable so bad luck
Well i know its not the casinos fault directly but in my opinion they could at least checked for me if they could find the source of the problem cause disconnrction happens all the time and all other casino are more Then happy to help you with these situation but they are not
So my complaint in a nutshell
I lost 164,60 and i want it back
I took a picturen at the momemt the the game got disconnected and i attached it here
If i look the reviews of this cssino its not the first time it happenend

After contacting the live chat to find out what their definition of asap is james and Stella both told me that they are not gonna add my funds they keep telling company is not liable
so im a bit confused now
Dear askgamblers team..
What is a fair time to wait for the definition asap?
Or is it better to also file a complaint with the licence company of this casino?
I hope you can give me some advice cause this never happened to me before with other casino's (other casino's help you out straight away)
