registered beginning of this month (aug 2018), made several deposits. played at least 5 deposits without bonus. Tried to cash out first (relatively small) withdrawal of 110, thats when the trouble began.
the money was quickly deducted from my balance had status 'paid', also i got an email that my account was verified fully. after waiting a couple of days and not receiving any money, i tried to contact support both via chat and email.'the funds are paid for from our side' was the answer every time. after a week i emailed them screenshots of my creditcard statement, that the withdrawal was not paid.
then all of the sudden i had to send all kind of KYC documents, eventhough i already got an email earlier that my account verification was completed. this took an additional couple of days. eventhough they reconfirmed that my account is fully verified, i have not received anything. email is unresponsive, chat unavailable (today at least).
my main problem that this casino told me on at least 4 different occasions that they had made payment to my account (Mastercard), eventhough i never received anything. I m still waiting on my money, anything Askgamblers can do is greatly appreciated.

dear Askgamblers, after mailing 22bet that i made a complaint with Askgamblers, the withdrawal was paid within 24 hours. so this complaint can be closed, thanks you for your help.
