Hey, i have a very big problem regarding withdrawing my money from 22bet. After winning my first bet they told me to verify myself with a picture of my id which I of course sent immediately. After i sent everything i got an email saying "You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality. All the data should be visible and readable". Of course I immediately took a selfie with my ID (everything uncovered and fully readable) and the mail in the background and sent it again. As a response i just got the exact same answer "You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality. All the data should be visible and readable". I made a new picture sent it again and got the same answer once again. After contacting their support via livechat multiple times they just told me to send it again which i did 10 times (i took several new pictures in which all data is readable clearly) until now - I even sent them a selfie with my passport instead of and also together with my normal legal id but the only answer I got every single time is exactly their standard answer "You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality. All the data should be visible and readable", even if this is just exactly what I did.
Since I really don't know what to do more I'm kindly asking for help. Of course I have evidence for everything and just hope to finally complete my verification.
