I have a big Problem to withdraw my money from the Casino. I'm already a verified user and made my deposites with my CreditCard. Now I want to withdraw to the same Mastercard I used for the deposit. It Always shows the note :. (Denied by operator. (Payment processing error)). I checked the situation with my bank and from them everything is fine and there is no problem.
The customer service always tells me I shall use a different payment method. But I'm not allowed because I have to withdraw to the same Mastercard I did the deposit.

My balance is: 3498.49 €
Please help me to solve the Problem.
