22bet Casino- Denied withdraw

I've tried to withdraw money from 22bet but my withdrawal requests are not accomplished. I've tried to contact support but they only say "try in morning" or just "try later". I've withdraw few times without any problem but now I can't. Always it show the following message:
Denied by operator. (Sending amount exceeds account balance).
My balance is OK, almost 2200$. I've tried to withdraw 2000$ it show this message about balance, so I try to withdraw just 1000$ and still same message. Few times was withdrawal approved and in few minutes was declined with message about low balance (you can see in attach files).
