Hello,
I made a deposit yesterday at 22bet casino. I was lucky and won 1200 $ from 200$. When i tried to withdraw my money to my card it said "Denied by operator. (Payment processing error)". I contacted my bank and they said they never got a notice from 22bet. I tried different methods and now they required documents. I send in my documents and nothing happens.
I then contacted the support team who said to use skrill to withdraw my money. But that i first have to make a deposit with skrill to be able to withdraw with skrill. So i try to deposit with skrill and get a error message ""balance payments are not allowed to this merchant"
They now claim that i have to contact Skrills customer support as they have no troubles on their end.
It just feels like im being jerked around in order to make me gamble all the money away before the issue is resolved.
