I have an account with 22bet.com
I have 580 euro in my account,I am trying since 1st December to withdraw my winnings but it keeps getting rejected, I have contacted support several times on this issue but with no help at all,they have then apologised for the misunderstanding and asked me to try again,I did but still the same problem, they said my bank is the problem, I have contacted the bank 4 times and they tell me the problem is not with them,I got back on to support and informed them of this,they advised me to contact [email protected] which I did several times,they asked for me to send photo id which I did several times,I then received an email this evening from them telling me I cannot withdraw to my bank card and to try withdraw using another method like neteller etc,I dont have such cards they are asking me to use,I had no problem depositing money through my visa bank card to their site why cant I withdraw through the same card? I have got different answers each time I emailed them,this is very frustrating as I'm trying this 2 weeks now. please see attached last mail they sent,also a screen shot avertising visa as to how/why I deposit to their site,can you help please
