I'm a first time player of an online live casino. As seen in the attached photos, I deposited 1000 Philippine peso first just to try it out. I used a Visa credit card. until I deposited again and again and amounted to total of 8,000 PHP. And then when I tried to withdraw my winnings, it was denied by the operator. Found out that, the method of withdrawal should be the same with how you made the deposit. So I tried via credit card but it still didnt work. Changed the method of deposit and put a minimal amount played it the withdrew the winnings via the same method using a debit card ( cash in and out) but again, denied/rejected. Then I tried Skrill for the first time and deposited 100 PHP, played it then withdrew 1,000PHP just to test if it will work. It was successful and since my money in my account was big enough for me I wanted to withdrew some of it. Deposited 250 PHP this time, played it and withdrew 12,000PHP. Unable to withdraw funds on request... As you can see based on the screenshots, I tried different amounts to withdraw.
What i'm getting from all this was, the amount you deposited is just the amount you CAN withdraw? So how about your winnings less initial money? Can you not withdraw it all? I followed the same method for deposit and withdrawal but im still getting denied. I am frustrated and desperate. Can someone please help me? my balance as of this writing is already at 60k Philippine peso. I want to withdraw the majority of it and leave some for playing.

Hi! If you look closely at my transactions, there is only 1 succesfull withdrawal of 1,000pesos. All other withdrawals are denied/rejected. And all other succesfull transactions were deposits to 22bet. My only concern is that, how come after that 1,000 pesos successful withdrawal, i could not withdraw bigger amounts anymore? The error message always show that in or order for me to withdraw it should be the corresponding amount that I deposited. It doesnt make any sense considering i deposited 100 pesos, played it and withdrew 1,000. And then repeated the same procedure this time with different amount of deposit, played it again then withdrew but failed. Actually, the logic of your withdrawal procedure is easy to comprehend, but doing it in actual is harder than it sounds/looks.
