I am filing this complaint against 22Bet regarding a serious issue involving my account and balance.
My account ID is 754081759, and I had deposited a total of ₹50,000 (₹30,000 + ₹20,000) via Google Pay linked to my South Indian Bank account. While I was actively playing, I was suddenly logged out of the platform and have been unable to log back in since.
I have contacted their live chat support and emailed multiple times but have received no helpful response. They are withholding my funds without any justification, even though I submitted all the required documents and verification.This is clearly an unfair practice and feels like a scam. I’m requesting AskGamblers to please intervene and mediate with 22Bet to either:
Unblock my account, or
Return my ₹50,000 to my original payment method.

Following a careful review and consideration of all information, details, and evidence presented by both parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reached the conclusion that 22bet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. The player’s account is active, and withdrawals were successfully made on the 3rd and 4th of July. Furthermore, the casino provided the player with instructions on how to access their account.
Based on the above, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter may be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or the appointed ADR entity.
We have already reached out to you via email and proposed a possible solution to this matter. We are now awaiting your feedback and look forward to your response.
Your so-called reply is nothing but a joke. Saying “we are continuing our correspondence with AskGamblers” is just another cheap excuse to waste time. I don’t care about your back-and-forth with them—I am the one you scammed out of INR 50,000.
For almost 2 months you have been hiding, ignoring, and giving fake statements. If you were serious, you would have already given me my money back. Instead, you keep dragging this matter with empty lines. This is not “support,” this is straight-up fraud.
Stop hiding behind AskGamblers. Stop wasting my time. Give me a clear answer right now—when will you pay back my money?
Every single vague reply you give is more proof that 22bet is nothing but a scam casino cheating players.
