They don't send me my money

They don't withdraw my money, I have tried in over 1 week to withdraw.

The first thing I did before I started to play was to verify my account and they approved it and welcome me.

Then I started to play and won money and wanted to withdraw and then the problems started. They ask for new documents all the time, I provide them and they approved all.

The last document was approved Friday , and still now today withdraw is pending. They first tell me the bank department have a lot to do bla bla, and now from today they say they don't know when they will review it and they don't know when money will be sent.

I feel like this site is scam as I have read a lot of bad reviews about them.

I want this solve or I will also do a complain to mga!

No my money is still pending nothing happends and they make new exuses every day i rely need help with this i feel scamed
