Withdrawal Keeps On Getting Canceled

I have been trying to withdraw since 3/9.

First, they verified all documents, I did a withdrawal after that. They declined it and wanted me to send in a photo with my ID. I did so,

Since then they have been declining my withdrawals, Every time I try to make them without further explanation, not even an email is sent to me when they do so.

I contacted them, takes at least 1 day for them to respond that another department is working on it and that if everything is in order it should take 2 business days to verify.

Today was I think the 6th time they declined it without any updates on why.

Waiting on my withdrawal for 28 days

I was very lucky and won like 1200€ from the 100€ welcome bonus I used. I verified my account and then made a 1000€ withdrawal request that I have been waiting to be accepted for 28 days now, which i think is strange. I haven't been provided any updates from them but I saw that they usually respond here.

I contacted their support 15 days ago and this was the response:

21red do not pay Withdrawal pending 20days

I requested withdrawal of 1000EUR on 09.07.2024 and It been 3 weeks already as it is "Pending", Casino can't provide any ETA when it will be processed, every time they just reply the same copy&paste formula. My account is full KYC verified.
I have 222EUR left in my balance that I would like to withdraw too, it is unbelievable that I can not request 2nd withdrawal because this is one is not processed yet for 3 weeks. I can't imagine that I will have to wait again month to withdraw 222EUR leftovers again...

They don't send me my money

They don't withdraw my money, I have tried in over 1 week to withdraw.

The first thing I did before I started to play was to verify my account and they approved it and welcome me.

Then I started to play and won money and wanted to withdraw and then the problems started. They ask for new documents all the time, I provide them and they approved all.

The last document was approved Friday , and still now today withdraw is pending. They first tell me the bank department have a lot to do bla bla, and now from today they say they don't know when they will review it and they don't know when money will be sent.

I feel like this site is scam as I have read a lot of bad reviews about them.

I want this solve or I will also do a complain to mga!
