Withdrawal Keeps On Getting Canceled

I have been trying to withdraw since 3/9.

First, they verified all documents, I did a withdrawal after that. They declined it and wanted me to send in a photo with my ID. I did so,

Since then they have been declining my withdrawals, Every time I try to make them without further explanation, not even an email is sent to me when they do so.

I contacted them, takes at least 1 day for them to respond that another department is working on it and that if everything is in order it should take 2 business days to verify.

Today was I think the 6th time they declined it without any updates on why.
