I can not withdraw my money
Dear Askgamblers team,
I have a massive problem paying out 1900 euros in the casino socket.
I deposited 255 euros there on April 21, 2021, played with the bonus, wagered it in full and won 1900 euros. My account has been fully verified since April 22, 2021, but I am not able to withdraw the money.
I had credit cards, bitcoin or neosurf as deposit options. I paid in by credit card and wanted to pay out that way. but I kept getting error messages. I then contacted customer service several times via chat, they then said I could not pay out by credit card, I should pay out via bank transfer. but I don't have the option to withdraw via bank transfer. I only have credit card, bitcoin or neosurf as options, with Neosurf not being a payment option. That is not how it works. I have attached photos.
I then contacted the casino manager several times, but to this day there is no solution for me to withdraw my money.
