I deposited $110 to Sportuna and was able to turn this into approximately $6000.
Since I have been trying to withdraw, my first withdrawal for $750 (the daily max) was canceled. I contacted live chat who told me to try again and would not provide a reason as to why this was canceled. I tried twice more and after these were both cancelled I reached out to live chat again.
They suggested using a different withdrawal method which was unavailable on my selection page, they also suggested just trying again or completing a manual withdrawal for me. I asked to complete the withdrawal manually and they let me know they would send an email for me to complete the process… it is 2 days later and I still have received no email. I have never had any issue withdrawing at another casino and I am starting to become very concerned that they have intentionally withheld my money due to my large winnings and that I have been scammed.
This is not a verification issue (they have not yet requested this) or a violation of their terms which I have read through and abided by. I have attached the chats from both of my interactions and a screenshot of my balance (the most recent transaction is another canceled withdrawal by Sportuna being returned to my account). Anything you can do to help me out would be greatly appreciated.
