I opened my gaming account on QuickWin on 11 November and I made a deposit of 1090+1090 means a total I make a deposit of 2180 via UPI.

When I didn't get my deposit in my gaming account I went to customer service they told me to wait for 24 hours. I wait 24hrs after that again I went for help but they told me to wait 3 days. Again I waited 3 days then again I went for help but they refused all the time and closed chat directly.

I also complained by email there's also the same thing they didn't want to give me my money anyhow I have all the proof of payment. I told through email that I made complaint against QuickWin on AskGamblers but they didn't reply to me for 8 days and they didn't give my money return.

I understand how QuickWin eats customer money,

And I paid on this UPI d.bodkia@freecharge

I have all proof like proof of payment and how they treat his users everything

We kindly requested the player to provide their bank statement, which they have duly submitted.

Following this, we informed the provider, whose response was that the funds were not received by their bank.

We therefore we kindly request the player to contact their bank in order to arrange for the return of the funds.
