Hello,

I have been waiting since 20.02.2026 to get my money!

I put withdrawal on bank transfer, and it is still under review!

In terms of withdrawal is 3 work days, but it's been 5 days!

When I write to customer service, they say " soon, there has been a delay, we will put you on priority!

And still nothing is happening!

I want to take out 200 euros!

I have pictures too!
