I am filing a formal complaint against QuickWin Casino regarding 3 pending withdrawals of 160,000 HUF each (Total: 480,000 HUF) via Skrill. My requests have been pending for 9 days.
My account status explicitly states that 'no verification is required' at this time, yet my funds remain frozen. I have contacted support multiple times and received only template excuses promising priority, but no action has been taken. My total balance is 880,000 HUF. I request the immediate approval of my legitimate winnings.

As further evidence, I am attaching a screenshot of my pending withdrawal for 160,000 HUF, which was initiated on January 31st. It has been nearly two weeks, and the status remains 'Pending' without any progress. This delay significantly exceeds the processing timeframe stated in the casino's own Terms and Conditions.
Update to my complaint:
I am adding further evidence to show that I have been requesting my withdrawals systematically, following the casino’s limits.
1. On the 31st of January, I submitted my first withdrawal request.
2. On the 1st of February, I requested the next part of my winnings (see attached screenshot).
3. On the 2nd of February, I submitted another request (see attached screenshot).
I also want to emphasize that besides these pending withdrawals, I still have an additional 400,000 HUF balance on my account, which I also intend to withdraw in full.
I want to make it clear for the record: I have NOT requested any account closure or self-exclusion. I am fully verified and I am waiting for my legitimate winnings to be processed. I am documenting every step and every request to ensure transparency and to prevent any "technical errors" or misleading claims from the casino's side.
Please process my pending withdrawals and ensure that my remaining balance is safe and available for withdrawal.
Additional note to the Casino:
I would like to clarify that I am not acting out of hostility towards QuickWin Casino. My goal is simply to receive the winnings that I have fairly earned. I want to believe that QuickWin is an honest and professional platform, and this delay is only a misunderstanding or a temporary technical issue.
If this matter is resolved fairly and my winnings are paid out, I would be happy to continue playing on your site and maintain a positive relationship with the casino. I am looking for a fair and professional resolution so that I can recommend your platform as a trustworthy place to play.

I have just sent a formal final notice to QuickWin management via email, demanding the immediate processing of my 480,000 HUF. I have clearly stated that I will not drop this complaint or play back my balance until my winnings reach my Skrill account. I am attaching a screenshot of the email as further evidence of my attempt to resolve this matter. I am still waiting for the casino to take action instead of giving excuses.
I am attaching the screenshot of my January 31st withdrawal, which I have just taken today. This confirms that the transaction is still stuck in your system after two weeks. This is fresh proof for my ongoing complaint.
Update on my complaint:
I am attaching a screenshot of the email I received today (Feb 15th) from QuickWin Support. Once again, it is a generic template response from "Emese," offering apologies but zero concrete information.
They claim that the "relevant department" is performing "necessary checks," but they fail to explain why these checks take more than 15 days for a Skrill withdrawal, especially since my account status explicitly states that no verification is required.
This is clearly a stalling tactic. I have been patient for two weeks, and receiving the same "please wait a bit longer" message is unacceptable. I am maintaining this complaint until my 480,000 HUF is fully paid out. I expect a real update from the casino, not another automated template.

To ensure there are no further delays or "technical searches" on your end, I am attaching a screenshot of this new request, which clearly shows the Transaction ID / Reference Number.
I will not consider this dispute resolved on AskGamblers and will not close the case until this new request is fully processed and the funds reach my Skrill account. I expect the same priority for this final stage as was given to the previous one.

Since all prior checks have been successfully completed and the previous funds have arrived, I trust that this final step can be processed swiftly and without further technical delays. My goal is to conclude this matter professionally and on a positive note.
Once this final transaction reaches my Skrill account, I will immediately update the status of my complaint on AskGamblers to "Resolved" and provide a positive confirmation of the settlement.

I finally played the rest, I didn't expect it to take 3 weeks to get the full payout. I'm not satisfied with Quickwin casino, I don't think it's player friendly, there's almost no communication, just scams and time wasting!!!! I'm extremely dissatisfied!
