I am filing this formal complaint against QuickWin Casino regarding a withdrawal request I submitted on March 18th, March 21, March 24. Despite the time that has passed, the funds have not reached my account.

I have attached screenshots of my withdrawal requests as proof. The reason I am taking this step now is that I have repeatedly inquired about the status of my payout, but I have not received any substantial or meaningful response from the support team.

Based on my previous experiences with this casino, where I also faced significant delays, I am not willing to wait weeks again for my money. It is unacceptable that a professional operator fails to provide clear information or process payments in a reasonable timeframe. I expect an immediate update on my transaction and the fulfilment of my withdrawal without further excuses.

I would like to update my complaint. I have received 480,000 HUF (3x160,000 HUF) so far, but there is still a remaining balance of 360,000 HUF pending in the casino.
I am not willing to wait another two weeks for the remaining funds. It is obvious that the operator is intentionally stalling the process, hoping that players will get frustrated and lose their winnings back to the casino. This "drip-feeding" of payments is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I request that QuickWin Casino processes the remaining 360,000 HUF immediately without further delays. I want to settle this matter and close this complaint as soon as my full balance is paid out.
