Hello askgamblers,

Last night i started gambling at bitkingz. I deposited total 180€ ( 20 - 20 - 40 - 50 - 50 euro ). I choose no Bonus. The last bet was 50 € on EGT's 100 Super Hot Fruits and the winnings were 7.500 €. It was an awesome winning!. Couldnt sleep at night !

My account to bitkingz is now credited 8.200,41 € withdrawable no bonus !

I started the verification process but the agents on live chat are telling me that i the very first 20€ i deposited via skrill got a different email associated on skrill ( my login email to bitkingz! ). I told them that i got ONE email and ONE skrill account,and i have deposited total 5 times using my skrill account and the total amount i deposited to bitkingz was 180 euro.

I have even uploaded them the transaction history details from my skrill account.They do not accept it.

I have asked from an agent to email me the transaction that shows a different email from skrill , they told me to check my transactions , so i did and confirmed that its total 5 transactions from my one and only skrill account to bitkingz.

They are SIMPLY refusing to cashout.They are telling me to provide proof of the first transaction of 20€ and that transaction is associated to another email ( my login email to their webpage ! ? ? ).

I hope this complaint make them to cashout my winnings askgamblers !

I also got screenshots of my account on bitkingz, and chat to agents, even a video of my win !

Your cashout was rejected because the data provided during registration and verification did not match. At the moment, you have provided explanations on your questions and now you can expect that your application will be considered in the near future.

Hello Bitkingz,
I am happy to see your reply here,
You do not cash out simply because you are asking me to provide you proof of a deposit of 20 euro ( the very first one) that ( you say ) was made from another email ( my registered email to bitkingz ). This is the email i registered on Bitkingz.
The email that is associated to my skrill account is a different email and it is also mine.
All transactions made to you were succesfully made via my skrills account.
Five deposit transactions total. I have supplied you all the info there. Even my skrills info account details on all transactions during the last month until yesterday.
It is simple: Just check the transaction ID number of that specific deposit. It is transaction ID 3587398415. I was trying for 3 hours today to make those people at the chat understand that situation. I do not know how they have confused my login email to bitkingz to my skrills email !
I have asked for a withdrawal of 2500€ for this week according to your terms. Still to withdraw 5.700,41 €.

I confirm that three withdrawal requests x 2500€ = 7.500€ were processed succesfully to my account.

Weekly limit of 7.500€ withdrawal has been reached.
I should wait until 16/03/2021 to request withdrawal for the rest 700€
