Dear Bitkingz and Askgamblers Team,

On March 19th and 20th and 26th my withdrawals were confirmed and have been on pending since then. According to the live chat, the payouts are already at the bank, but nothing has been received yet (2 weeks and 10 banking days later).

According to the terms and conditions, bank transfers take 5-7 banking days. This time is already exceeded. The live chat and email ticket was not helpful (see attachments).

Therefore, I kindly ask you to support me in this case. It is about a total of 2.600 €

Thank you very much!

Stefan

Thanks for the short update.

Actually I can’t really understand why it takes so long now. Never before at Bitkingz I needed to wait 3 weeks + for my money. Also still not clarified why pending withdrawals from 19th and 20th got canceled after you „processed“ them.

Let’s see if I recieve my money next days. I’ll keep you updated community!

Hello Stefan!
We're informing you that from our side all the cashouts were processed.
At the moment it is on the InPay payment system side, and they usually request KYC, which was the case here too.
We have sent them the document you have provided and now are awaiting updates from them.
As soon as we have any news, you will be notified concerning the status of your withdrawals.
We appreciate your patience!
