Almost all withdrawals have been cancelled now. I need to try them again.

Im wondering, because live chat told me they are processed and now they got cancelled.

Still pending 500€ from 19th and 300€ from 26th.

I start a new request today of 1500€ and I’m hoping to get it asap

At the moment it is on the InPay payment system side, and they usually request KYC, which was the case here too.
We have sent them the document you have provided and now are awaiting updates from them.
As soon as we have any news, you will be notified concerning the status of your withdrawals.

Actually I can’t really understand why it takes so long now. Never before at Bitkingz I needed to wait 3 weeks + for my money. Also still not clarified why pending withdrawals from 19th and 20th got canceled after you „processed“ them.

Let’s see if I recieve my money next days. I’ll keep you updated community!
