I have problem with Bitkingz casino. I deposit today with bonus which I receive by email but when I deposit I didn't receive it. I contact support and he tells me that I have duplicate account. I never did this. I wish to withdraw money without wager and to close my only one account. So after this, I don't wish to play here anymore, and I wish to get my deposit back. I play many years and never will do such a mistake and after that deposited several times. I think his system is wrong or they do that on purpose.

Duplicates can mean not only using the same personal data, but also usage of
- same electronic device
- same residential address
- same IP address
- same telephone number
- same email address
and certain amount of other factors which are professionally evaluated as a whole.
