This Casino Mr Vegas is terrible when it comes to us winning and not wanting to payout. So now they have pulled the source of wealth and proof of income, I’ve been a held at random with my money locked up until I provide such documents. Having sent over tax returns bank statements to be asked for more and even criticised over a low self assessment tax return? Didn’t tell me they had a fresh hold on their site.

Now it’s been a month and yet asking me for more documents deeds to my home that have no relevance. If u try speaking to someone directly, u have no chance as I’ve been refused but offered to speak via support team live chat, and if they don’t want to answer your questions they will then not reply and a few days and later a new member of their team will speak to u asking for more documents.

Overall even the percentages aren’t as good as what other casinos are offering.

And finally what’s the point in playing at Mr Vegas if they don’t pay you and give u stress over getting your fair won winnings.

Fellow Gamers I’m not one to complain normally but this casino is unnecessary delaying payment for their own benefit. Come on Gaming Commission read the reviews here! And trading standards look here. They are breaking all your rules yet u still allowing them to operate.
