I have played here before, many times. I have deposited with my Debit Mastercard and Interac E-Transfers.

I am fully verified already, couple years ago for BOTH payment options too.

I deposited on this site after not playing there for around a few months via Interac E-transfer. A total of $300 that day. I ran it up to around $2600 and then settled on withdrawing $2000. I put my request in and I was expecting it quickly as all others have come within hours. I was VERY surprised when I got an email saying I needed to verify.

I thought ok no big deal, I'll send in the info again. However, this time they want a bank statement that is in PDF format only. Why is this a problem? Because the bank only generates a statement PDF format once per month. This is NOT common. Asking for screenshots is, but what they want is NOT. All this is doing is purposely making a customer wait in the hopes they play their winnings and lose. I did send in screenshots with this explanation but I am getting back the same canned response about PDF format monthly statement.

I have only encountered this issue of monthly PDF statement only with one other site, Twin.com. It took a few days of pestering employees on linkedIn, email, personal and work phone numbers, employees on social media etc, forums and reddit before they came around. I am prepared to do that again with Highroller.com if I cannot get this resolved.

I have played on 100s of sites. This PDF format only has only been asked for once.

I was really impressed with how fast the withdrawals were processed. I requested a payout via crypto, and it was in my wallet within an hour! No unnecessary delays or verification loops like some other sites. It makes the whole experience feel much more trustworthy and hassle-free.

Poor experience and i recommended everyone to not play in this site.. When you make a deposit they are no asking for anything.. But when you win and try to withdraw then you never get your withdrawal how ever your real player or fake.. Nothing to like about their treatment of customers from my experience. Their welcome offer on the face of it appears good. A "non sticky" bonus where they state the following: "You play with your real money first. The bonus wagering and game restrictions don’t start until you drop down to your bonus balance. That means you are free to play whatever you want for whatever stakes you prefer BEFORE you hit your bonus balance."
Clearly this is not true from how they have treated me.

Highroller casino is a place I heard about a few months ago. The name was catchy and it clearly grabbed my attention even though I'm not a highroller myself in any way. A week ago I was looking for a new site to claim welcome bonus with and have some fun. I noticed their offer on Askgamblers- 200% match bonus with 50 free spins. After a little chat with their customer support agent, I made an account and deposited. I made a deposit using my credit card and for 50eur deposit I was supposed to get 100eur bonus. Unfortunately for some reason the bonus didn't work, it has to be activated before depositing, and even though I did that, it wasn't added automatically. Luckily enough their live chat was available and a few moments later I was credited with the bonus I was supposed to get.

With a very nice bankroll of 150eur I had to wager 4500 eur. The first game I wanted to play was Drive but for some reason I couldn't find it on their site. Nevertheless, my balance was higher than usually, so I decided to play Twin Spin but with 1.25 bets per spin. Unfortunately the game was very dry from the very beginning. I didn't get any higher wins than 20x bet which led me to losing all money in less than an hour.

The second part of the bonus is 50 free spins. As it's very popular lately, the spins are divided in sets of 10 and each day they are credited on a different game. I played my spins for 5 days but none of them paid anything worthy.

Overall I think Highroller is a really interesting site and except for the fact that they didn't have Drive slot, I was pleased with my experience.
