Missing Withdrawal for 3 weeks
Hi ASKGAMBLERS, I made withdrawal request from LeoVegas .. My withdrawal was approved Oct 23/18 and would take up to 2-5 business days to reach my account after waiting 6 days I contacted support to see what was going on and they email the payment provider and said we will email you back, and they also asked for my bank statements which I provided as proof.. On Nov 1/18 they emailed me saying the payment provider said it was deposited into my on Oct 24/18 the sum of $1400.. I told them it was not and they asked for my bank statements again which I provided as proof and they asked me to talk to my bank..Nov 5/18 I went to my bank to see if they can find the missing money with the customer reference number and bank reference number, they were unable to locate the missing funds.. So I contacted support again to let them know.. They said there waiting for the payment provider to email them back. It's going on 3 weeks since the days they said it was deposited. I'll send you my my bank statements and the confirmation from there bank to support@askgamblers.com. As there is a glitch when you upload attch files with a complaint.
