Let me deposit £39,000 in one night right after making account without any check-ups
Hi the complaint am making is to get a refund of money I deposited to LeoVegas which I believe shouldn’t of been allowed I had opened a Leo Vegas account not submitted any ID and started deposited money using PayPal at the end of the night I had deposited 39,000 this is a large amount and only reason I had done it is I got carried away and was drinking with my mates after this I had went on to read the companies policies etc they stated that the most you can deposit through PayPal is 10,000 but apparently they have some VIP scheme in place which increases your deposit value when you go Upto level 30 tbh I thought not having submitted ID would have been more than enough to recover at least 20,000 of my funds but this really did blow my mind not only did they change my deposit limit within 24hrs without asking me or even getting my concern they also didn’t even ask for ID this PayPal account could have been anybody’s.
From the casino I expect them to be reasonable here as I staked a large amount of money which clearly shouldn’t of been allowed or they wouldn’t of have a 10,000 limit on in the first place and which website even lets you deposit that much 2 hrs after opening it. The 3 arguments which support my claim are..
1 - 40,000 deposited through PayPal in one night sorry but that is not right and breaches a lot of responsible gambling rules
2- the deposit was done through PayPal how did they know who’s account it was or what if I was hacking into someone else’s point being you can’t just allow someone to deposit that much through PayPal with no checks
3- lastly even if I am wrong with my first 2 arguments this is the one that is making me pretty angry apparently because I stakes so much in a few hours I went up some VIP level and my deposit limit increases itself this is absolute rubbish as even if it did go itself this surely can’t be allowed I didn’t receive a email I didn’t even get told what level I am or what’s happening am pretty sure I read that in terms and conditions they need to monitor you for 3 days before knowing what level you are anyway like I said surely that’s not right
Thanks and looking forward to hear back from you.
