Excessive verification and inconsistent requests
I'm having serious trouble verifying my Leo Vegas account. They put me round in circles and I've spent over 24 hours now on live chat. They simply do not know what has been discussed in previous chats, and get so easily confused, that I can not actually make any progress with them.
I was originally asked for ID and bank statement. I uploaded those, and both were approved. Then I was asked for a utility bill. I explained I am a student, and all bills are paid by parents. I also live in shared accommodation. The live chat operator liaised with the verification team, and I was told that a tax return would be accepted. I sent it in, and it wasn't accepted.
I went on live chat, and following countless times where I had to explain I don't have a utility bill, and have already provided more than enough, I was told to print off my bank statement, photograph it, and send it in. I did that, and of course they then decided they didn't accept it.
On two occasions now, they've asked me specifically for documents which they would then go on to refuse. This is purely down to poor communication across staff channels, and it's making my life hell.
I will be very clear here - I have no problem with verifying my account, and I fully agree to Leo Vegas' terms, but they're inconsistent with their actions. They're asking me specifically for documents on multiple occasions, then when I provide precisely that document, they say they now need something else. The latest is that I need to go into my bank branch and get a stamped statement. I would have no problem with that if I hadn't already uploaded 6 proofs of address, along with my ID. It is a never-ending loop of the casino asking for documents, then saying they need something else. Where does it end?

1. Feb 22 PDF bank statement
2. Jan 22 PDF bank statement
3. Dec 21 PDF bank statement
4. Feb 22 Paper bank statement
5. Online PDF University Tax return
6. T4A Tax form issued by the Gov of Ontario.
So I have some questions for Leo Vegas?
1. Why did you specifically ask me to upload my tax returns if you weren't going to approve them?
2. Why did you specifically ask me to upload a printed bank statement if you weren't going to approve it?
3. Why have you just asked me here to upload a bank statement, when I've already done so 4 times, and you don't approve it, ever?
4. Why was I asked on live chat to now go to my bank branch and get a stamped statement, but asked for just a normal statement on here?
I also don't live anywhere near my bank branch and I'm in final exams so the timing is not convenient.
