Delayed payment
First of all, on April 13th I have requested to withdraw my money into my bank account. After countless checking procedures of my identity and personal bank info, they have sent funds, as they claimed, sending one simple email. Asked me to wait 3-5 business days
Second of All, 5 business days passed by and nothing has arrived in my account. I got in touch with customer support via live chat. They requested a bank statement from April 13th to April 20th clearly indicating money hasn't arrived in my account. I've done it. They confirmed and told me, that my money will arrive on April 22nd as the claimed they have an issue with the provider. Fine another 2 days passed by - already 7 business days in total. Guess what? Money was never showed up on my account. I've got in touch with them on April 23rd, again, they started asking 300 questions where is proof, we need bank statement showing your account number and first last name. I gave them everything.
Lastly, what I got, in the end, is nothing. live support told me they refer me to the relevant team, but nothing happened. No email, no confirmation, absolutely nothing. So, what I have in total, I was genuinely enjoying online gambling, but leovegas ruined everything.
